We ship all of our pre assembled seconds chairs on a delivery timeframe of within 5 working days to UK Mainland addresses (exclusions apply)
We also ship all of our larger items such as furniture products on a delivery timeframe of within 5 working days to UK Mainland addresses (exclusions apply). These are either dispatched via a palletised curb side delivery service or via a 2 man delivery service to a ground floor main access point depending on the item and location.
*Please allow up to 2 working days for dispatch and note dispatch times may vary from the same working day, up to 2 working days.
We also offer collection for all of our products listed on the website from our address at NN5 7RA which is open Monday to Friday (8:30 - 17:30).

If your item isn't to standard, we accept returns up to 14 calendar days after your item is delivered. This allows enough time to get used to your item and determine if the product suits you. Please note we are fully aware of all defects on the products we supply so we will only refund orders if they comply with the following;

Damaged in transit
Not suited for the user
Incorrect item received
Any mechanical damages within the 14 calendar day period
